Food advice

I take kelp which is a fish supplement. This helps to boost my metabolism and an unexpected bonus is that it makes my hair and nails grow.

My tips are very simple. Being a food lover I understand how miserable it can be to feel hungry. I eat loads all day and still manage to either retain my weight or lose it if I need to.
My first tip is to cut out bread completely for a good period of time like three months. This at first is unbelievably hard. We eat so much bread every day as a filler and it does the job. It also bulks us and bloats us up.
I replace bread with ryvetas. Not very exciting at first but they grow on you. Have soup with ryvetas, tuna with ryvetas and bulk your plate up with fresh salad and fresh fruit. At least you will fill up.
My second tip is to cut down your meat for a period it gives the body a break as it is hard work breaking down meat in the digestion system. If it doesnt have the job at all your body has a better chance of burning the fat. I make stews for my family with tons of veg and I cheat a bit by having some of the meaty gravy but just spoon myself the veg part of the stew.
My third tip is to eat lots of brown rice. Again strange at first but it will grow on you. I boil up a big batch of rice and put it in a container in the fridge. In the morning I have a portion cold mixed with some tinned pears and fruit juice. It is actually gorgeous and so filling. For tea or dinner I make myself big vegetable curries and stir frys served with the brown rice. So filling that you cant believe you will lose weight.
My fourth tip is snack on ryvetas with peanut butter, nuts, fruit, yogurt raisins
And last for now but not the last you will hear from me, drink plenty of water, mint tea, herbal tea and juices
Remember its not a diet but a real change of life style.

Dont worry about eating out or having take aways just try to stick to the no bread, meat etc. Have chinese vegetables with rice. Jacket potatoes with beans, vegetable curries, king prawns with rice. Salad with occasional chips (yes really chips). Try not to compensate by piling loads of cheese onto things. Dairy is another item I would take a break from. I know this sounds like Im taking everything away but its not forever. These things should be moderated in life.

Dont forget to come to my class and join me in this beautiful practice.
