I am going to share my daily diary with you. You can follow it or adjust it accordingly. I try to eat in this way for around 28 days but be warned it is a big challenge. The benefits are amazing and you will not feel hungry. The main sticking point is addictions to certain foods. Caffeine and sugar are powerful and your body will initially feel shocked to have them removed from the diet. Try to hang in there and remember it is only 28 days.
